Who We Are 

 Early Learning Strategies and Solutions LLC (ELSS) is a training and consulting organization focused on providing services to support educators and the broader community. ELSS continues to be a valuable resource for education professionals and the children and families they serve.  At ELSS, we are passionate about empowering educators by offering insightful resources, effective strategies, and a commitment to education.

 

What We Do

ELSS leverages dedication and expertise to deliver high-quality training workshops and consulting services that foster a collaborative program community.  We proudly celebrate educators and support professional growth.  Our training workshops are approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE).  We help Educators meet and maintain annual requirements, securing Core of Knowledge Credits, Continuing Education Credits, and Professional Learning Units (PLUs).

Who We Serve  

ELSS serves educators throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.  We proudly support educators and program leaders in Early Care and Learning and Out of School Time (OST) programs. ELSS offers solutions that equip educators to excel in an evolving workforce.
